One Hundred Six

Measely rides since my last post:

Thursday (8/25)

Stopped by Tae Kwon Do school to watch David for a while. Then rode past the tressle, Helvetia to Jackson Quarry, and back home.

Wednesday (8/24)

Pulled David around the neighberhood on the trail-a-bike. Stopped at the playground at his school for a while.

Tuesday (8/23)

Helvetia to Logie Trail, up to Skyline, and back down on Rock Creek.

Monday (8/22)

Rode to Tae Kwon Do, around the "block" (185th to Germantown to Keiser?); then rode to the 50 meter pool and watched while everyone else swam. Then rode home.

Friday (8/19)

Rode to the velodrome. Did several laps before wiping out (see pic below). Rode home on bent rails and a little bit of adrenaline.

Drove to beginner track class at the velodrome. Embarrassing how tough it was to keep up with some of those guys!

Torture 10,000. (100 miles, 12,000 ft. of climbing)

Rode to blueberry hill farm (steep climb over Cooper Mtn.) and then to the velodrome. Did a few laps after watching the beginner class.

50 miles (North Plains, west to Clapshaw Hill, back home on Glencoe Rd.)
