Fourteen

The week after my first ride to Salem (October 17th) I did the same ride again. The week after that I rode a few miles past McMinnville and back on 47 through Forest Grove. Since then I haven't ridden long until this past weekend when I rode to Salem and back again (my first UMCA milage challenge ride for 2005). In the meantime I've been commuting to work, taking David to school, and I upgraded the fixie a little:

Added a Paul Cross Lever for the front brake (right)
Replaced the front brake with a Paul neo-retro canti
Installed a Tubus Logo rear rack
Bought red Arkle GT-30 panniers, covers, and a utility basket
Added cateye lights (front and rear) and a cateye computer

I also got my RoadId light (attached it to my helmet cover) and id strap.

Later!
